Because our Corbett packages combine government-regulated jungle safaris with resort accommodation, cancellations are calculated in two steps:
1. Non-Refundable Safari Component:
Government safari permits, Gypsy vehicle bookings, and guide fees are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once booked through the forest department. A flat deduction of Rs. 7,500 per booked safari applies upon cancellation.
2. Refundable Resort Component:
The remaining balance of your package price (Total Package Price minus Rs. 7,500) is subject to the following resort refund slabs:
• 30 or more days prior to check-in: 90% refund of the resort portion (10% retention fee).
• 15 to 29 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of the resort portion.
• 7 to 14 days prior to check-in: 25% refund of the resort portion.
• Fewer than 7 days or No-Show: 0% refund.
1. Cancellation & Refund Slabs:
• 7 or more days prior to scheduled pickup: 90% refund of the dedicated transport fee (10% administrative/vendor retention fee).
• 3 to 6 days prior to scheduled pickup: 50% refund of the dedicated transport fee.
• Less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to pickup or No-Show: 0% refund (vehicle allocation, toll bookings, and driver positioning are fully committed).
2. Rescheduling Policy:
• Date change requests made at least 72 hours prior to journey time will be accommodated free of charge, subject to vehicle availability.
• Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of pickup incur a flat re-assignment fee of Rs. 1,500.
3. Standalone vs. Bundled Deductions:
When cancelling a full package with transfers, the transport refund is calculated using the slabs above, completely separate from the non-refundable forest safari permit fees and resort retention slabs.
