This website is operated and owned by Vijay Tours & Travels, a registered proprietorship operating as a travel agency, registered under the MSME Development Act, 2006 (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-PB-17-0099689). The terms “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Vijay Tours & Travels, while “you” refers to the user or visitor of this Website.
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions outlined herein. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the Website or its services.

Mode of Payment:
All online safari bookings and package deposits are processed securely through our authorized gateway, Razorpay. Supported payment methods on the Razorpay link include:
• UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all standard UPI IDs.
• Cards: Domestic & International Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express).
• Net Banking: All major banks across India.
Direct Bank Transfer (Offline/Custom Packages): Direct bank transfers (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) or international wire transfers (SWIFT) to our registered current account of Vijay Tours & Travels are available exclusively upon request for corporate or custom group packages.
Note: Cash on arrival, partial payments, and traveler’s cheques are not accepted, as full advance payment is required prior to arrival per Forest Department permit regulations.
Transparent Pricing Policy:
We do not levy additional payment gateway convenience fees or credit card surcharges at checkout. The final invoice amount shared via your official Razorpay payment link is the total payable amount for your booked services. (Any currency conversion fees charged independently by an overseas issuing bank remain the sole responsibility of the cardholder).
Booking & Facilitation Scope:
All safari permits are issued exclusively by the Uttarakhand Forest Department. We act as a booking facilitator coordinating permits, registered vehicles, and logistics. Hotel accommodations and safari gypsies are operated by independent third-party partners.
Permit & Guide Allocation:
Permit zones are subject to Forest Department availability. Registered safari vehicles, drivers, and licensed nature guides are allocated strictly by forest authorities at the entry gate via an automated roster. Operators cannot pre-select guides. A mandatory guide fee (₹900) is paid directly to the allocated guide at the gate.
Guest Responsibilities & Identification:
Guests must carry the original government ID used during booking. Entry will be denied by park authorities if details do not match. Visitors must comply with all Forest Department regulations and timings.
Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds:
Safari permits are 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified once issued by park authorities. Resort package cancellations follow tiered timelines outlined in our dedicated Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay within 7–10 working days.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for gate closures, tour disruptions, or missed safaris resulting from severe weather, monsoon road washouts, strikes, or Forest Department administrative orders.
Disputes & Governing Law:
Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patiala, Punjab, India.
