Payment Terms:

Advance Payment:

• To confirm bookings for tour packages or related services, full or partial advance payment is required. The balance (if applicable) is payable upon arrival before availing of the services.
• Safari bookings require 100% advance payment as per the Forest Department’s policy. Once permits are issued, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, or other festive periods), full advance payment may be mandatory to secure hotel and resort bookings.

Payment Methods & Pricing:

• We reserve the right to determine accepted payment methods and advance payment requirements based on the services booked.
• If a preferred accommodation is unavailable, a similar alternative will be arranged.
• Prices are subject to change; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will remain final and binding.

Mode of Payment:

Domestic & International Transactions:

• Payments can be made via online bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and other digital wallets.
• International customers may use traveler’s cheques, international credit cards, or currency notes (where legally permitted).
• Credit card transactions may attract additional bank charges or service fees, which will be added to the total payable amount.
