Introduction: Welcome to www.jimcorbettbookings.com (hereafter referred to as the “Website”). This website is operated and owned by Vijay Tours & Travels, a registered entity under the Companies Act. The terms “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Jim Corbett Bookings, while “you” refers to the user or visitor of this Website.
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions outlined herein. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the Website or its services.
Payment Terms:
Advance Payment:
- To confirm bookings for tour packages or related services, full or partial advance payment is required. The balance (if applicable) is payable upon arrival before availing of the services.
- Safari bookings require 100% advance payment as per the Forest Department’s policy. Once permits are issued, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, or other festive periods), full advance payment may be mandatory to secure hotel and resort bookings.
Payment Methods & Pricing:
- We reserve the right to determine accepted payment methods and advance payment requirements based on the services booked.
- If a preferred accommodation is unavailable, a similar alternative will be arranged.
- The Jungle Safari retains the right to modify pricing, offers, or withdraw promotions without prior notice. Pricing changes, if any, will be communicated before confirming the booking.
Mode of Payment:
Domestic & International Transactions:
- Payments can be made via online bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and other digital wallets.
- International customers may use traveler’s cheques, international credit cards, or currency notes (where legally permitted).
- Credit card transactions may attract additional bank charges or service fees, which will be added to the total payable amount.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
General Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
- Different services, including safaris, accommodations, and transport, have separate cancellation policies, which will be shared with customers at the time of booking.
- Certain services, such as Forest Rest House bookings and safari permits, have minimal or no refund options.
Hotel & Resort Cancellation Policy:
- 30+ days before arrival: 10% cancellation charge of the total booking amount.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 40% cancellation charge.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 80% cancellation charge.
- Less than 7 days before arrival or No Show: No refund applicable.
- No refunds for unused services, missed meals, transport, or sightseeing due to guest preferences or delays.
Safari Booking Cancellation Policy:
- Once safari permits are booked, no refunds or modifications are allowed as per the Forest Department’s regulations.
- If the Forest Department cancels safaris due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or accessibility issues, no refund will be provided.
- Safari zones cannot be changed after permit issuance.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
- Once initiated, refunds take up to 7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

Force Majeure: The Jungle Safari shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, pandemics, etc.)
- Labor unrest, riots, terrorist activities, insolvency of service providers
- Government regulations, technical failures, or airline/train cancellations
- Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
If aware of potential disruptions, we will endeavor to offer alternatives or process refunds where applicable, subject to third-party service provider policies.
Disclaimer:
- We strive to provide accurate information about accommodations and services. However, we are not liable for discrepancies in hotel standards or services provided by third parties.
- Our website may be updated periodically, and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
- The website’s availability may be interrupted due to maintenance, server issues, or high traffic, for which we assume no liability.
- In case of discrepancies, written communication via email shall supersede any website information.

- A valid VISA is mandatory for all foreign nationals traveling to India.
- Booking confirmations and vouchers will be sent via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy within 1-2 business days of booking.
